For millennia, Cacao has been used in ritual and ceremony as a plant medicine to assist in connecting with the Divine. Once a medicine reserved only for High Priests and those in power, Cacao is now a household name and in the hands of ordinary people doing the extraordinary -

The ancients knew the power Cacao held in unlocking the multidimensional portal of the heart so that we could access the Divine and our own Divine nature.

Cacao is a master teacher when it comes to the affairs of the heart. It's plethora of physical benefits for the cardiovascular system is but a small reflection of the benefits Cacao offers to the energetic system, and, to the Soul. Through working with Cacao intentionally, we learn how to access the wisdom and strengths that have been locked away along with the emotions we didn't want to feel.
Cacao teaches us that messiness is a part of life and entangled with the parts of ourselves we reject are the parts of us that hold the most light. We learn to love and accept ourselves in our wholeness - the "good" and the "bad," the "pretty" and the "ugly."

Water is the most common symbol for the unconscious.
The unconscious, also referred to as the subconscious, is the rich vast land of our beliefs, attitudes, paradigms, strengths & weaknesses, light & shadow, lead & gold.
It is where we hold our stories, and where we attempt to hide our emotions.
Our emotions are symbolically represented by water, especially in dreamwork. Learning to accept our emotions with their ups and downs, teaches us to navigate the seas of life; not as passengers, but as skilled sailors.
Water as a symbol of wisdom teaches us to find our strength in the flow and our depth in the stillness. We learn that in order to float, we must let go and become weightless. In that letting go, we release the grip of control, the grip of the ego that weighs down the Soul - like an anchor pulling back across the ocean floor after a ship has left shore.
Water is quite literally a portal between worlds. Every human being came into this world through water. For 9 months, we floated in a sacred sac of fluid. We are birthed from water. We are baptized in water. We live in bodies of water. And we are reborn through water. Just as water brings and supports life, water is life - water is alive! Puzzling as it may be, water has consciousness; water mirrors, and water responds.

Water of Love is a 5 week LIVE immersive into the depths of your inner seas. In this deep dive, you will create intimasea/ intimacy with your unconscious; creating space and holding space for the parts of you that have been strapped, chained, and caged to the ocean floor. What does it look like?
We begin the container by learning how to build your own Cacao ritual and different ways to tailor it to you needs. The first ceremony will be about 2 hours.
Each week, Sundays at 11am, we meet for ceremony and contemplation. In between group sessions you will be sitting with cacao daily, establishing your own ritual and cultivating a relationship with Cacao. This will require an alteration to your daily schedule/ routine to make space for & commit to your practice. You will be learning discipline & devotion - top tier requirements for self love!
You will be guided through different practices intentionally selected to mobilize energy to the heart & access the wisdom that's been locked in the body. You can expect (lots of) journaling, yogic breathing & movement, shamanic journeying, meditation, and water work.
About your Guide
Vivian is an educator, facilitator and Personal & Spiritual development Coach specializing in Crystal Therapy. She offers a multi-dimensional approach to alternative healing and personal development, bridging the gap between spirituality and practicality to provide holistic and empowering solutions. Her work is a unique integration of mindset, energetics, and spiritual wisdom to provide you with grounded tools for transformation. Vivian has been working with Cacao in ritual and ceremony since 2019. Through her practice and devotion, Vivian experienced the transformative qualities of Cacao as a plant medicine. Her personal experience with Cacao, in intimate (1-on-1) and group ceremonies (40+ people) laid the foundation for Cacao becoming one of the pillars in her work. She is dedicated to being of service and living her life as an example of the beauty and power contained in your Spirit, to help you remember that you are not alone, nor powerless, and that your connection to the Divine is the greatest realization you can come to.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: I've never drank Cacao. Can I join without any experience?
A: Yes! This immersion is open to all "experience levels" whether you are brand new to Cacao or have been enjoying her for years.
Q: I'm pretty new to spirituality and all this type of stuff. Will I understand what's going on?
A: This immersive is a great introduction into your spiritual journey. Working with Cacao and Water in a guided container is a beautiful way to learn more about yourself and your connection to life.
Q: What kind of effect does Cacao have on you? How will it make me feel?
A: This varies from person to person based on lifestyle and current emotional + current states. Generally speaking, Cacao is a mood stabilizer and many people report feeling lighter, at ease, and happier. In the context of this container - our intention is to feel the spectrum of our emotions as they arise, which can range from grief to joy.
Q: I want to lead Cacao ceremonies. Does this count as a Cacao facilitator training?
A: NO.
Q: I already work with Cacao. I'm not sure there is anything I will learn from this.
A: You've made it to read this far, so there's something there ;) There is always room to learn, even in 'familiar' spaces. This container, though guided and supported by the medicine of Cacao (and water), is less about learning technicalities of Cacao and more about learning about YOU.
Q: What type of Cacao do I need? Where can I get Cacao?
A: You will need at least 1lb of Ceremonial Grade Cacao. This can be purchased online. For the purpose of cohesion amongst the group, I recommend we all drink the same Cacao.
Q: I am interested, can I just join for some of the ceremonies?
A: To maintain the integrity of the work, this is a closed container. Only those signed up for the immersive will have access to the ceremonies.
Q: I may not be able to make it live to all of the sessions. Will they be recorded?
A: I strongly encourage everyone to tune in for each live session and share of your presence in real time. The sessions will be recorded with limited time access after the cohort ends.
