Hi! I’m Vivian, a trauma-informed spiritual life coach and creator of The Chrysalis Method — a transformative process blending the science and spirituality crystal therapy, subconscious work, and nervous system support.
My own journey began when I realized I was living the life I thought I “should” have, not the one my soul desired. Through a series of spiritual awakenings and training in several modalities like Ayurdeva, Crystal Therapy, and trauma informed coaching --- I discovered that true fulfillment comes from alignment — living in a way that reflects your deepest truth.
Now, I guide others to dissolve limiting beliefs, release old patterns, and reconnect with their inner wisdom so they can create lives that are purposeful, authentic, and fully their own.
