How to Prepare: 

• Avoid caffeine at least 3 hours prior (and after)
• Avoid alcohol the day of
• Avoid marijuana at least 3 hours before and after
• Avoid any recreational drugs 
• Do not eat right before the ceremony (allow 1-2 hours before the ceremony)
• Hydrate with water
